 • How do I sign up for a tour?
It’s very easy to register for a trip. You can do so by email at everettparker1245@gmail.com, by calling us at (207) 573-1686.
 • Will I be notified when new tours are added?
We will notify everyone on our mailing list about new tours, and you can check our website.
 • Where do tours begin? 
It usually depends on where the trip is going. All tours begin in Old Town, Maine, just north of Bangor, where there is free parking, but we can pick up people at other locations “on the way.”
 • What happens if a tour is cancelled? And what happens to my payment or deposit?
 There are reasons a tour is cancelled, and in most cases it’s because not enough people sign up. Most of the motels and hotels we use for our trips have either a 30 or 60 day release clause, and that means if we don’t fill the block of rooms rooms in that time, we lose our deposit, which means we have to cancel a trip. If that happens, you will receive a full refund for the payment you have made.
 • If I need to cancel my trip, will I get my money back?
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to departure, you will receive a full refund (unless otherwise noted). Within 60 days of the tour departure the cost is generally non-refundable if you need to cancel. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance or trip cancellation protection if you are concerned about cancelling.
 • How do I pay for a tour?
Payments can be made by check. Please mail to Parker Tours, 207 Corinth Road, Hudson, ME 04449. Check the itinerary sheet that is sent to you regarding deposits and/or payment in full.
 • What kind of paperwork will I receive prior to the trip?
 We will provide you with full information about the trip you are taking. Generally, we provide one or two mailings covering the information. On longer trips, there may be more mailings. You will be provided with luggage tags and daily itinerary, a list or meals and menus for those meals included (when available), and usually maps, etc.
 • How do I contact you if I have more questions?
